- Children policy: No surcharge for children under 06 years old sharing the same room with adults. Surcharge for children from 06 years old to under 12 years old: 200,000 VND/child/night. Maximum 02 children/room. Children 12 years and older are counted as adults.

- 3rd adult surcharge: 350,000 VND/person/room/night (Breakfast included, service included in promotion package and excluding extra bed).

- Surcharge for extra bed: 550,000 VND/bed/night (Breakfast and service included in the promotion package).

Booking confirmation can be changed the arrival date one time but it needs to be notified at least 48 hours before the check-in time and depending on the availability of the hotel. Guests are required to pay incidentals (if any) and change is non-refundable.
