- Children policy: No surcharge for children under 06 years old sharing the same room with adults. Surcharge for children from 06 years old to under 12 years old: 400,000 VND/child/night. Maximum 02 children/room. Children 12 years and older are counted as adults.

- 3rd adult surcharge: 600,000 VND/person/room/night (Breakfast included, service included in promotion package and excluding extra bed).

- Surcharge for extra bed: 800,000 VND/bed/night (Breakfast and service included in the promotion package).

The customer is entitled to change the check-in date once at least 02 days in advance for normal period and 07 days in advance for Holiday/ Tet period by email to the Reservation Desk, and the customer will be responsible for additional fees (if any).
