HOTEL REGULATIONS.
- Guests staying at the hotel are required to present their identification card (ID), passport, and other personal documents with photos issued by the Vietnamese government agencies, or other personal identification documents. As per the laws of Vietnam, guests are not allowed to bring visitors to their rooms.
- In case guests do not have their ID or other personal documents or stay with a group, the representative or leader of the group should provide complete information about the guests staying in the group, or the group leader should provide a letter of guarantee to the hotel.
- Guests are not allowed to change rooms or modify any equipment in their rooms without prior consent the hotel's front desk.
- Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property and belongings by using the safe in their rooms or leaving them at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' property or belongings if they are not stored at the front desk.
- Any form of gambling, drug use, or prostitution is strictly prohibited within the hotel. Guests are not allowed to bring flammable objects, explosives, weapons, drugs, or animals into the hotel. Guests are fully responsible for any violations of the law and hotel rules.
- In case guests bring weapons, tools, explosives, they must present the permit to use them and leave them at the front desk for storage.
- Guests must be cautious in using electricity, heat sources, chemicals, flammable and explosive substances, hazardous substances, etc. It is prohibited to use electricity freely. Guests must strictly comply with the regulations on fire prevention and firefighting. Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment in their room caused by their own actions.
- When the fire alarm rings, if there is a fire, guests must remain calm and evacuate through the nearest exit route. Do not use the elevator.
- Guests are required to return the room key when checking out.
- Guests are required to pay for their room according to the hotel's regulations.
